At Rare Wear, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before raising any request.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns on certain items, including Shorts, Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Baby Tees.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and photos and our Customer Experience Team will assist.

Return Charges and Refunds

  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid

Exchange Request Window

All exchange and return requests are accepted only after the customer informs us of the issue within 7 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are facing a size issue, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation :  

  • PLEASE NOTE, Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please Note: Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged.
  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange or replacement, including Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops and Shorts.

Size Issue or Wrong Product Received

In case of a size issue or if the wrong product is delivered, we can exchange the product with:

  • Another size
  • The correct product of the same value

There are no extra charges for such exchanges, and we can arrange the reverse pickup.

Exchange for a Higher Value Product

If the value of the new exchange product is higher than the original product, the customer will need to pay the difference in amount.

The difference amount must be paid online.

Product Condition for Exchange or Return

To process any exchange or return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The original sticker label must be attached
  • The product must be folded correctly
  • The product must be properly packed
  • The product must not be damaged during return transit

If these conditions are not met, the exchange or return request will not be processed.

Covered Issues: We exchange or refund items with manufacturing defects, not issues caused by improper use or care.

Guarantee Covers:

  • Loose seams or stitching
  • Discoloration or fading of fabric
  • Uneven dye application
  • Excessive pilling or fuzzing
  • Misplaced or missing embellishments
  • Severe wrinkling or creasing
  • Tears or frays along the edges
  • Any noticeable defect that impacts the look or function

Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper washing or care
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Any alterations after purchase
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environment

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in genuine cases where a defective product has been delivered.

Refunds will not be provided on any other grounds.

In case you receive a defective product, please email us at:

Your email should include:

  • Order details
  • Nature of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the defective product

Exceptional Return Cases

In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted even when there is no delivery issue and the correct order has been delivered, then ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

This deduction is for the reverse pickup service, as logistics costs have significantly increased recently.

Refund Method

The refund will be provided either:

  • To the same bank account from which the payment was deducted, or
  • To the bank account details provided by the customer

Colour and Design Variation

Please note that the T-shirt’s colour and design may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website, social media pages, and advertisements.

Returns and refunds are not possible in case of slight variation in the colour or design of the delivered product.

Defect Verification

If, after verification, it is found that the defect occurred due to any action or omission by the customer, Rare Wear will not be responsible for refunding the amount paid.

To avoid such issues, please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

Right to Refuse Return or Exchange

Rare Wear reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify under this policy.

One-Time Request Per Order

Exchange or return requests will only be processed once per order.

Used or Washed Products

Any product that has been used or washed even once cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Sale or Discounted Products

Any product purchased during a sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.

Size Issue Policy

We offer free exchange for size issues.

However, no refund will be provided for size-related issues.
