At Rare Wear, we work to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
We ship products within 24 to 48 working hours after the order is placed.
2. Delivery Timeline
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5 to 8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or service availability.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the product’s availability.
For some parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email address.

4. Courier Partners
All Rare Wear orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as:

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pincode and service availability.
5. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
In rare cases, tracking may show the order as delivered, but the customer may not have received it. Usually, the package may have been received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, security staff, or an office mail room.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate the case.
6. Investigation & Refund
In genuine cases, after proper investigation, we will refund the full amount to the customer.
The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.
Please note that if the issue is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, it may be difficult for us to take action, and Rare Wear will not be liable for any losses after the mentioned timeline.
